At Fyarape, we are committed to the quality of every wooden bookshelf we offer. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return a product, the following FAQ answers explain our full return and refund policy for customers in both the United States and Morocco.

1. How long do I have to return a bookshelf?

You may return your bookshelf within 90 days from the date you receive it. After 90 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless required by law.

This 90-day return period applies equally to orders shipped to both the United States and Morocco.

2. Under what conditions is my bookshelf eligible for return?

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within the 90-day return period.

  • The bookshelf must be unused, unassembled (if it was shipped that way), undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All components, hardware, accessories, and the instruction manual must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

3. What if the bookshelf arrives damaged or defective?

If your bookshelf is delivered with broken panels, cracks, missing hardware, or the wrong model/color:

  • This is considered Fyarape’s fault.

  • You will not pay any return shipping fees. We provide a prepaid return shipping label whether you are located in the United States or Morocco.

  • You may choose either a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

4. Can I return the bookshelf if I change my mind?

Yes, you may return a bookshelf if you decide you no longer want it or it doesn’t fit your space.

  • In this case, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Please repackage the bookshelf carefully in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • After inspection, we will refund the product value (excluding the original shipping fee).

This applies to both U.S. and Moroccan customers.

5. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following items are non-returnable unless defective due to our error:

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Custom-made or personalized wooden shelves.

6. How do I start a return?

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.

  3. If the bookshelf is damaged or defective, attach clear photos or videos.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Where should I send the returned bookshelf?

All returns, including those from Morocco, should be shipped to our returns department in the United States:

Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original box with all parts, hardware, and the instruction manual included.

8. How quickly will I get my refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Store credit is only provided if you specifically request it.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

9. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. Fyarape does not charge any restocking fees. The only costs you may be responsible for are return shipping fees if the return is due to personal choice rather than our error.

10. What are Fyarape’s order processing and shipping times?

  • United States:

    • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

    • Transit time: 4–6 business days.

    • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are processed the same day.

  • Morocco:

    • Processing time: 1–2 business days.

    • Transit time: 9–12 business days via our international carrier partners.

    • Customers in Morocco will not pay any additional purchase tax, shipping tax, or customs duty. The flat-rate shipping fee already includes all costs.
