About Fyarape – A Shirt. A Memory. A Brand.

I wasn’t the one who started Fyarape. I was just the first person hired to help pack the shirts. I joined when there wasn’t even a logo yet — just a folding table, a press machine, and one man printing the same line over and over again on black cotton. “Keep your hands steady, but let your heart stay soft.”

That was the first design. It wasn’t meant to be a product. It was something personal — something Thomas Starr Sharee, the founder, had heard from his father on long-haul trips across the country. After his father passed, the line became a way to hold onto something that couldn’t be said out loud. So he pressed it on a shirt. That single act became the start of something none of us expected.

Why Fyarape Exists

Fyarape was born from the idea that clothing could carry memory. It wasn’t built to go viral. It was built for the people who feel deeply and quietly. People who grieve, who miss, who remember — and who rarely find clothing that understands that.

There was no plan to create a brand at first. But as more people saw the shirt, they asked: “Can I get one with my own line?” And eventually, that question became a mission — to create clothing that speaks when words don’t come easily.

What We Make and How We Work

We make t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts. Nothing more. Nothing unnecessary.

All garments are printed to order using high-resolution, soft-touch DTF printing that lasts. We use high-quality blanks from U.S. suppliers like Bella+Canvas, and everything is printed and shipped directly from our small workshop in 71808 Sunnyslope Dr, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277, USA.

We don’t mass-produce. Every piece is created one at a time, for one person at a time. Production takes 1–2 business days after an order is placed. Shipping across the U.S. typically takes an additional 4–6 business days, depending on location.

Who We’re For

We serve people who don’t want to explain themselves. The ones who feel something and just want to wear it. Sometimes it’s grief. Sometimes it’s gratitude. Sometimes it’s a private phrase that means everything to them — and nothing to anyone else. This brand is for them. 

We currently serve only customers within the United States. Everything we print is made and shipped domestically. That’s intentional — we want to focus on the people and stories closest to us.

Because we don’t rush. We don’t guess. And we don’t water things down. Every design we release either comes from something personal to our team or from a submission that moves us. Yes, some of our shirt messages were first suggested by customers. But we’re careful with that.

Have a Phrase You Want to See on a Shirt?

You can submit ideas through the “Share Your Story” form on our website. Not all ideas are used — but we read every one. If a phrase gets selected for production, we always credit the original sender and offer them a free shirt featuring their design.

We don’t resell personal messages without permission. We also don’t take full ownership — the words are still yours. We’re just the hands that help carry them further.
